LECTURESHIP CENTER is located in the Exhibit Hall(fountain level). This will be the main point of contact. TheCampus Extension is 270 and for outside calls213/456-4270. It will be open the following hours: 1:00p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.,Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
HOUSING: Check out time is no later than9:00 a.m., Thursday, April 23, for those not staying for theCHRISTIAN COUNSELORS' SEMINAR. Check out timefor SEMINAR participants is 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 24.To check out, return your key and linens to the housingreception center. There is a $5.00 charge for all unreturnedkeys.
MEALS will be served in Tyler Dining room Mondaythrough Wednesday. There will be no variation of menusfor special meetings. COSTS: Breakfast—$2.10;Lunch—$2.60; Dinner—$3.10
EXCEPTIONS: AWP Dinner for all Ladies: $4.25; Men'sFellowship Dinner: $3.50; Both payable at the door.
AWP CAFE: The Associated Women for Pepperdine willbe serving food and drinks in the Exhibit Hall until 10:00p.m. each day.
EXHIBIT HALL: Be sure to visit this very important centerof activity to obtain new teaching ideas and materials andto learn about missions and other efforts of thebrotherhood.
TRANSPORTATION will be provided from the maincampus to Firestone Fieldhouse beginning 15 minutesbefore and 15 minutes after the lectures. Loading andunloading will be from Jerry's Tree, the dormitories, UpperParking Lot and Firestone Fieldhouse. For specialtransportation needs, call Lectureship Central (Ext. 270).
PARKING INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS* No parking is allowed in the main parking lot Mondaythrough Wednesday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The securitypersonnel will activate the gate to allow entrance forloading and unloading after which time you will berequired to remove your vehicle; you may park anywherealong Seaver Drive or Grand Boulevard (vans will be alongto pick you up).
*No parking is allowed in fire lane by dormitories—only aresonable time for loading and unloading (This regulationis made and imposed by the Fire Marshall).
'Recreational Vehicles are to park in the UPPER Parkinglot.
CHILDCARE will be provided in Dorm 10 each morningand afternoon, and Dorm 10 and Rooms 122, 123, 124 ofFirestone Fieldhouse during the evening lectures. There willbe a nominal fee of $1.00 per child each morning andafternoon, with no charge for the evening care (Sunday'schildcare is free).
