Centerline 714 Series Center Mount Slides

1. Opentheslideandseparatethetwomembers(frictionfit).Measurethewidthofthedrawerboxand markcenterlinesonboththeundersideofthedrawerandthedraweropeninginthecabinet.

2. Positionthedrawermemberoverthecenterlineonthedrawer,withthefrontofthedrawermember flushwiththebackofthedrawerfront.Useoneoftheprovidedscrewstofastentheslidetothearea behindthedrawerfront.Next,locatetheholenearesttothecenterofthedrawerbackanddrivein onescrew.

3. Positionthecabinetmemberflushwiththefrontedgeofthecabinet.Makesuretheendslotis positionedoverthecabinet’scenterline. Fastenthefrontedgeoftheslidetothecabinet. Adjustthe backoftheslideverticallyuntillevel. Thenlooselysecuretherearmountingbrackettothecabinetwith screwsinthebracket’shorizontalslot. Note: If rear mounting bracket is used, the drawer notch must be 15⁄8" wide If the cabinet has a horizontal stringer, you may discard the rear mounting bracket and mount the cabinet member directly to the stringer.

4. Insertthedrawerbyplacingthedrawermemberbetweentheballbearingsandcarefullypushingthe draweruntilitisclosed. Removethedrawerandtightentherearmountingbracketandinstallall remainingscrewsasneeded.Re-adjustasneededtoachieveaproperfit.
