The Columbus District Gol Association will send $5 per player romeach entry ee to the Capital Campaign or the new Evans ScholarHouse at the Ohio State University. The new house, located at52 East 14th Avenue is named the Hamilton House in honor o Earl“Bones” Hamilton. $5 per player o the entry ee qualifes as acharitable donation or ederal income tax purposes.

EVANS SCHOLARSHIP

Evans Scholars Foundation administers the nation’s largest privatelyunded college scholarship program. Since 1930, over 8,500deserving young caddies have earned their college degrees through

Evans Scholarships. Today, more than 820 caddies attend collegeeach year as Evans Scholars. The Evans Scholarship was ounded bygol great Charles “Chick” Evans Jr. (1890-1979).

ELIGIBILITY All players must have a USGA index o 10.4 or lower to enter. Entry issubject to approval or rejection at any time by CDGA Tournament Committee. Allentrants must be a ull member or a son o a ull member o a CDGA Afliated Club.Application must include GHIN number. No practice round included in entry ee.

RULES USGA rules will govern all play except or local rules approved by CDGA.

CARTS Gol carts and caddies are permitted. Players may carr y clubs i host club permits.

CADDIES The ollowing constitutes a condition o the competition and is authorizedby Appendix I, Part C, Section 3 o the Rules o Gol. “A player is prohibited romhaving a parent, guardian or another player in the same competition serve as hiscaddie during the stipulated round.”

TEE TIMES Requested tee times can not be guaranteed. Copies o starting times willbe sent to CDGA Pro Shops approximately one week in advance o event. Contes-tants may check OHIOGOLF.ORG.
