Course Selection Dates

● Woodstown Middle School February 6th, 7th, 8th, & 9th

● Alloway February 22nd & 23rd

● Upper Pittsgrove February 14th & 15th

● Oldmans February 27th

● Child Study Team Dates - Annual Review Notices Will Be Mailed Home

Program of Studies Booklet● Every incoming 9th grade student will receive a hard copy of the Program of

Studies Booklet.

● The Program of Studies Booklet can also be found on the Woodstown High School website and also on the School Counseling website on www.woodstown.org

● Students are to review the Program of Studies Booklet with parent/guardian prior to meeting with the school counselor.

Course Selection Sheet● Students are to complete the Course Selection Sheet with the

parent/guardian. Please be sure to have this completed prior to scheduling meeting with the high school counselor.

● Students are required to choose 8 classes. We have a 9 period day.

● Two “alternate electives” must be selected.

● There are two levels of courses to choose: Honors/Academic

Scheduling Meetings● Letter will be mailed home with scheduling date and time.

● Meet with Mr. Ursino/Mrs. Heyel/Mrs. Strachan

● Typically this is a 20 minute appointment. Parents are encouraged, but not required to attend.

● Please take some time to review the electives prior to the meeting.

● The date of the appointment does NOT impact the scheduling choices.
