health information and electronically share it with people they trust for example their
doctor, nurse or family members.
Provide antenatal care to all Aboriginal mothers in their first trimester by 2020.
Supporting communities
National resettlement strategy for migrants.

Develop urban designs for all towns and cities, including physical infrastructure, to
encourage connectedness.
