and WithdrawalsNo refund is given for general cancellations or withdrawals, or for candidates not presenting for scheduled examinations.
A credit note for half the exam fee is given for cancellations or withdrawals on medical grounds, but only when a current medical certificate for the period which includes the scheduled exam date is received by the office within five (5) working days of that scheduled exam date.
Examination TransfersTransfers are not an automatic right. They are subject to availability of time, examiner and venue.
Transfers are offered only when at least 48 hours’ advance notice is given to the office of candidates being unable to attend scheduled exams.
Transfers are offered only upon payment of a transfer fee, except In the case of transfers on medical grounds where a credit note for half the exam fee is given, but only when a current medical certificate for the period which includes the scheduled exam date is received by the office within five (5) working days of that scheduled exam date.
Transfers from one calendar year to the next are not possible.

2017 Examination Enrolments in Western AustraliaEnrolmentsThe details you provide on the enrolment form will appear on all AMEB documentation including the certificate. It is the responsibility of the person initiating the enrolment to check that all the following details are correct:
Name Date of Birth Gender Subject Code Subject/Discipline Grade Indicate New (N) or Old (O) syllabus where applicable Preferred week for examination – Week number only (specific days/dates/times entered in place of a week number will not be accepted).
The candidate’s date of birth forms part of the candidate number, and assists the AMEB in allocating appropriate examiners. It also provides the AMEB with statistical information necessary to better adapt its services to meet market needs.
Teachers must, when enrolling candidates, ensure that candidates are available anytime in the selected week, including Sunday. Requests cannot be guaranteed. Transfer fees remain the responsibility of the person initiating the enrolment.
Late EnrolmentsEnrolment forms received after the published closing date may still be accepted subject to space availability and payment of the late fee. For enrolments by mail, the postmark will be taken as the day of enrolment. The AMEB will not be held responsible for delays due to mail, or other circumstances outside its control, including the non-arrival of faxed documentation. No discussion will be entered into.

Errors caused by the AMEB will be corrected. If details were wrongly supplied, you will be asked to provide the amendment in writing. Certain amendments incur a service charge. Please refer to the table of charges for information.
Any error which is not corrected will remain on record as shown. Please note that alteration of the Certificate after it has been produced will incur an amend ment fee irrespective of the type of amendment and how the error occurred.
The AMEB will not be held responsible for delays of certificates posted by mail, or any other delays outside of its control.
