Financial Executives International is the preeminent association connecting financial executives. The Kansas City Chapter provides a forum for financial executives to meet and share solutions to critical issues confronting them daily.

Membership Eligibility The Executive membership category is open to those who: 1) Serve companies of sufficient size to meet FEI’s Qualifying Company Criteria (in USD): $2M in net worth, or

$6M in capital (combined net worth & long-term debt), or

$10M or more in annual revenues, or

$8M in operating expenses, or

Financial Institutions—$200M in total assets, or

Government corporations/authorities—$40M total assets 2) Perform some or all of the duties of a financial executive, as defined by FEI: Typical Qualifying Titles: Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, Treasurer, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Risk Management, Vice President of Planning and Analysis, Vice President of Taxes, Director of Finance/Taxes/Treasury/Accounting, or Audit Committee member Senior Manager or Manager: Accounting, Auditing, Borrowing & Investments, Budget, Cash, Collections, Compliance, Credit, Finance, Corporate Finance, International Finance, Project Fi-nance, Trade Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Investor Rela-tions, Planning, Pension & Investment, Risk, Tax or Treasury

All members must meet the specified requirements.* *typically excludes professionals currently employed by audit firms,

consulting firms and service providers (i.e., customers primarily are external to the company)

EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP DUES National Dues = $525 (unless promotion)

KC Chapter Dues = $220 (waived 1st year) National dues for other membership categories are different.
