A slight increase in exhibitor figures
and stable visitor figures, a long se-
ries of published business deals and
not least the excellent atmosphere on-
site: ACHEMA lived up to its claim of be-
ing the worldwide leading event for the
process industry. 166,444 participants
from all over the world found their way
to Frankfurt’s fair grounds in June 2015.
3,813 exhibitors from 56 countries pre-
sented their innovations for the chem-
ical, pharmaceutical and the food in-
dustry. In comparison: 166,447 visitors
and 3,773 exhibitors participated at the
previous ACHEMA 2012. Numerous new
products and premieres prove the signif-
icance of ACHEMA as ‘World Forum of In-
novations’.
Ontheexhibitors’side,with53.9%more
than half of all participants came from
abroad.11exhibitiongroupswereassigned
totheexhibitionspaceof133,436m2.
Significant growth was recorded in the
groups Pharmaceutical, Packaging and
StorageTechniques as well as in Instru-
