Pursuant to Executive Order No. 137 dated August 10, 1999, the month of July isdeclared as the National Disaster Consciousness Month (NDCM).

ln celebration thereof, may we respectfully inform you that the NDCM for this yearshall have the theme "Pamilya at Pamayanang Handa, Katuwang sa Pag-unlad ngBansa". -We enjoin everyone to plan and undertake significant activities that highlight theimportance of DRRM in accordance with Republic Act 10121. Your respective Office is alsoencouraged to conduct a kick-off ceremony on 29 June 2015 (Monday) in observance ofNDCM nationwide.
