• Your mass chapter e‐mails should include opt‐out information in accordance with the CAN SPAM Act?

• Your chapter treasurer can get a free copy of Quicken software?

• All chapters have the option to have insurance for their chapter events—up to $1 million of coverage, and at no charge to the chapters

 Within 10 days of your event, email  chapterrelations@ncmahq.org with the date of the event, time of the event , name of venue, physical address and the names of any additional insured besides the name of the venue.     Chapter Relations will send you a copy of the certificate of insurance that you can provide to your meeting manager. 

• Every chapter is entitled to one FREE live webinar or two webinar on demands each program year?

• You can have your chapter events publicized on the National Calendar of Events on the main NCMA website?

• …If you need website access for webmasters, you can send an e‐mail to Teresa Kirkhart (tkirkhart@ncmahq.org) and he will provide login information for your officers for their webpage(SharePoint)?

• Chapters can submit pictures and articles for their events to publicize their efforts in Contract Management Magazine?
