Time PeriodsCurrent period sales include all sales received by Corelogic at the time this report was generated. This may not be a full representation of the entire market for this period. Vendor Discounting and Time on Market StatisticsVendor Discounting is the average percentage difference between the last listed price and the sale price.Time on Market is the number of days between the first time the property was listed and when it went under contract.Aggregated statistics are calculated for the precinct, using a rolling 3 month window to the reported date.
