Virtual Office is about making more connections, not less. Regional Elders, partnerships, conference calls, google hangouts, mega-meetings, skype, facebook pages, leadership from the regional church, supporting initiatives, creating networks of relationships.

New Day 2015
• Year 1• Gathering for training and retreat - for congregational leaders (Saturday-Sunday) Pastors would stay an extra
day. • Being about God’s Mission. Discerning together. Story sharing• A New Day – our next chapter as a congregation, faithful and obedient to God• Change in the congregation – moving forward together – praying, listening, responding• Assignment: Congregational/Community self-study• Engage the community and congregation in conversation• Another Gathering for congregational leaders (Saturday-Sunday) Pastors would stay an extra day.• Vocation - where our gifts meet the world’s needs.• Planning for ministry: What risk will you take for the sake of your community?• Try something, Run and experiment. Learn. Repeat.• Coaches assigned to Pastors• Pastor Groups (3-4 times a year) based on Circle of Trust model of discernment. • Year 2• Two Reunions for congregational leaders - Check in, report out, what’s going well, what resources are
helpful, what resources are needed• • Staying connected, staying on course, involving more leaders in transformation
