Congratulations2012 Scholastic Art WINNERS!!!

Congratulations to the West Potomac Visual Arts Department for the outstanding amount of awards received in the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition; which is the most prestigious art competition for high school students in the United States. Studio art, digital art, drawing, design and photography were categories represented by West Potomac students.

Congratulations to: Brady Corum, Wake Coulter, Louis Michael, Gabrielle Mills, Hailey Schmick, Emma Wright, Celeste Zabowski, Owen Jones, Malcom McNeil, Paige Roddey, Orion Taylor, De’Sean Wright, Emma Lehner, Adam Privette, Julia Roberts, and Allison Wu.

A total of 9 Gold Keys, 7 Silver Keys, and 4 Certificates of Merits were awarded. Jenna VanDyck also received a Silver Key in the Short Story category.
