OFFICIAL FLYER

Tin Hall Toys (THT) and the Southwest Region invite you to join us for the 2018 Convention Warm-Up / Southwest Region Fundraiser. It will be held at NOLA Motorsports Park, in Avondale, LA. We have a weekend full of competition and fun planned for everyone. We urge you to sign-up early to secure participation, not to mention the two drawings (see below).

This competition weekend consists of fourteen low-speed autocross events. These will be hosted on the 7.4 acre NOLA Autocross skid pad, to be run on Saturday and Sunday. Entrance to the track will open at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday with entrant check-in and tech beginning at 7:00 am. There will be no class changes after cars are teched; unless the car breaks and the break is verified by “tech”. For the convenience of our entrants, rigs and/or Corvettes can be left at the track on both Friday and Saturday nights.

If you prefer to walk the course, it should be done prior to the drivers meeting however; a parade lap will be provided immediately following the Driver’s Meeting.

Are you interested in enjoying the track (road course) that our Convention high-speed event will be run on. Please check the last page of this flyer for a NOLA Track Day event being held on Friday, December 1, 2017.

The NOLA Karting Center Café will be open for lunch all three days.

The host hotel is the same hotel we will be using for Convention. It is the Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel & Suites (504) 888-9500 in Mertairie, LA. A King or Double Queen Deluxe Room is $87.00, while a King or Double Queen Tower Kitchenette Suites is $119.00. There is an additional local & state tax of 14.75%. No cash is accepted at check-in. The hotel offers a deluxe breakfast buffet at $7.95 +tax, per person. Make your reservations no later than 11/15/17, for the group rate; tell them you are with the NCCC PreCon Warmup. Tin Hall Toys and the Southwest Region NCCC looks forward to hosting a great weekend of competition fun for you to enjoy; so come join us and be ready to have a great time!

BE SURE TO REGISTER EARLY!!!!

Two drawings will be held at the Sunday Driver's Meeting at Roebling Road on Nov. 26, 2017. Both will award a lucky participant with a comp’d room/suite for your entire NOLA weekend stay.
