Leaders of Tomorrow(LOT)
Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is a year-round educational andmentorship initiative designed to increase academic achievement,professional development, college preparation, community service andcultural awareness by guiding African-American high school studentsthrough a structured program of training and leadership activities.

Student Outreach
MBA ConnectsBegan in 2009 to connect seasoned professionals with area MBAstudents. The goal is to develop a mentoring program where MBAstudents will obtain valuable career advice from professionals looking tolend their business expertise.
Scholarship ProgramStudent Outreach will continue to evaluate and award scholarships. In2010, Student Outreach’s goal is to provide at least 8 scholarships forLOT, undergraduate and graduate students.
Scholarship & Awards BanquetProvides an opportunity to recognize our scholarship recipients, LOTstudents, corporate partners, and members that have demonstratedunyielding support to the chapter throughout the year.

Wealth BuildingSeries (WBS)
The Wealth Building Series (WBS) is a comprehensive set ofworkshops designed to strengthen the economic and intellectual wealthof the Chapter’s community. WBS workshops have impacted over 500participants since the program’s 2002 inception.

CommunityConsulting Clinic
Community Consulting Clinic (CCC) provides consulting services tocurrent or aspiring entrepreneurs whose level of financial resourcesmakes it difficult to solicit professional business advice. CCC supports2-4 member consulting teams that assist entrepreneurs. Over a 3month period, CCC consulting teams meet with an assignedentrepreneur and assist in implementing business ideas.
Services offered by CCC teams may include but are not limited to:
Market surveys Budgeting/accounting advice Advertising strategy IT evaluation

• Provides local entrepreneurs:– A platform to promote products and services– Opportunity to build relationships with other vendors

Annual GivingCampaign
OverviewThe Annual Giving Campaign was created to increase funds in supportof professional development programs for the general membership andfor the Leaders of Tomorrow high school mentorship program. TheCampaign provides Chapter members and supporters a venue to maketax deductible contribution to the organization. The theme for thecurrent campaign is “$10 for LOT 2010”.
Matching ContributionsAs a partner of the Annual Giving Campaign, your organization wouldprovide a matching contribution to the campaign for each dollar that ourmembership contributes to this year’s campaign, up to a predeterminedmaximum amount.
