The ignition MUST be turned OFF before installation!This module is intended to be used in conjunctionwith Power Commander #337-411

Before this module can be used the Power Commander may need to be updated.

1 Remove the seats.2 Prop the front of the fuel tank up.3 Remove the air box.4 Place the ignition module in the tail
section and route the harness downthe left hand side of the bike.
5 Unplug the stock wiring haress fromthe left hand side coil (Fig. B).

Unplug
6 Connect the ORANGE colored wiresfrom the ignition module in-line ofthe stock coil and wiring harness(Fig. C).
7 Repeat steps 5&6 for the right handcoil using the YELLOW coloredwires from the Ignition Module.

10 Attach the ground wire from theIgnition Module to the negative sideof the battery (Fig. F).
11 Reinstall air box and fuel tank.12 Plug the white 10 pin connector from
the ignition module into the expansionport of the PCIII. If you are using aquickshifter then unplug the quick-shifter from the PCIII and connect tothe expansion port of the igntionmodule harness.

8 Unplug the stock crank pickup coilconnector (Fig. D). This is a BLACK2 pin connector.This connection is located on the lefthand side of the tail section. You mayhave to pull the tail section away fromthe frame to access it.

9 Plug the Igniton Module harness in-line of the stock wiring harness(Fig. E).
