User profile: – Summary of information related to applications,
disbursements conditions, Telefilm contacts, etc.– Type of default, reasons for default, agreements– List of exploitation reports to be submitted– Corporate information such as name, address, contacts,
financial statements, links between companies
User input:– Applications for financing (Feature Film & TV) including
requested documents– Corporate information

Enrollment process
Client eTelefilm
eTelefilm administrator
Step 1: Complete the registration form to eTelefilm
Step 2: Send the registration form to Telefilm Canada
Step 5: Upon reception the
eTelefilm administrator will
create your account
Step 3: eTelefilm administrator will send you the documents to be completed in order to create
your account
Step 6: eTelefilm administrator will send you a unique URL link by email
and a NIP by registered mail
Step 7: Upon reception of your
URL and PIN, you will create your
epass
Step 8: You will be rerouted to
eTelefilm identification
page
Step 4: Send back the documents to eTelefilm
administrator

Who is using it?
270 companies to date– 70 applications received (since April 2004)
25% of clients that submitted applications (Film & TV) in 2003-2004 are registered with eTelefilm
These clients represent 50% of all applications received within that period
