I I, John F. Turner of the County of Benton and state ofAlabama being of Bound mind & memory and considering the uncertainty of this
frail and transitory life do therefore ordain publish and declare this to be my
last will and testament that is to say first after all my lawful debts are
paid ~d discharged the residue of my estate real and personal I give bequeathand dispose of as follows, to wit; to my beloved wife the Land and appertenancee kituated thereon known and described sd the North west quarter of the
North east quarter of Section 31, in Township 14, of Range 10 and the Southeast quarter of the North West quarter of Section 31 Township 16, Range 10 inall co~taining 80 acres> ~ast in the Coosa Land District and the whole of my
personal estate owned or held by me at this time, consisting of household and
