Negotiated by IAPSO/UNDP in 1982

Separate experience and independent premium evolution for fellows, scientific visitors, training course/study tour/meeting participants since 2003

Result: stable premiums since 2003 (medical unchanged, life & PD 10% decrease in 2009)
