Justin is responsible for retention and lifecycle programs at The RealReal. He oversees email and mobile push marketing, as well as loyalty programs for customers and consignors. Justin previously led loyalty and credit marketing at JCPenney, and has worked with various online and brick and mortar retailers, including Walmart, Disney and Epson on pricing and marketing program optimization.
