– 98% would let Federal agencies use local data for Homeland Security purposes

• Financial and Technical Barriers– Over 70% need financial assistance– 42% don’t have technical expertise

• Local governments are not spatially ready to support Homeland Security

• State and local governments want a more coordinated focal point with the Federal agencies.
