To ensure that every educator and manager has the means to obtain a Laptop Computer, get training on how to integrate ICT into their Curriculum, Collegial Support ,administration and personal use.

MissionEvery South African learner in the General and Further Education and Training bands will be ICT capable (that is use ICTs confidently and creatively, for personal use ,Professional Development, Administration and Integrate into the Curriculum, in an E- School, E – community, through E – learning and teaching) by 2013.
