Administration: Modify SAP Logon screen text

Introduction: Hey we all are aware of SAP Logon but if you are looking to play with some SAP administration stuff. You are on correct page. This document explains how we can change/add ‘TEXT’ to SAP Logon screen.

Why it is needed: To mention one, Sometime user have to login to multiple clients into SAP system. This TEXT can be helpful just like a notice board.

In simple terms, we need this to have a common place to display useful info (regardless to which client user logs on).

Steps:

Go to transaction code SE61.

Select the Document class as ‘General text’

& Name: ZLOGIN_SCREEN_INFO

Select Change button.

Note: You may get below pop-up for first time (else you won’t get, simply continue ).

Enter as below:

Now save and activate . Now we can logon again and notice the changed screen on User & Pwd. Summary: In this way we can create or add Logon screen text.
