CIRCULATION STRATEGIES
• One circulation strategy can be an extension to the bridges boardwalk that would lead to the waterfront which will make the exploration of the area more assessable to the visitors.
• Another circulation strategy that can be the use of trails and path ( by using signs on the street and sidewalk to guide any pedestrian/visitor to points of interest which ultimately will bring then the opportunity to explore the waterfront .
• Indicate on nearby public transportation venues the locations and self

CLIMATE STRATEGIES
• In the 1950's, the port authority of New York and New Jersey developed an 85 acre shipping complex, along the shoreline. The concrete structures had a negative effect toward the climate of the region. During the day, the concrete releases heat radiation making the area unbearably hot.
• More green areas should be built along the shoreline and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Historical sites should be incorporated within the landscape providing shade along in various historical points of interest.
