'Thy Kingdom Come" by Dr Joe Ozawa on 24 Feb 2013

Transcript of 02 24 thy kingdom come joe ozawa

Again, the devil took him to a very

high mountain and showed him all

the kingdoms of the world and their

splendor. “All this I will give you,”

he said, “if you will bow down and

worship me.” Jesus said to

him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is

written: ‘Worship the Lord your God,

and serve him only.’ Matthew 4: 8-10

“The of the world has become the Kingdom

of our Lord and of his Christ,

and he shall reign

for ever and ever.” Amen

Rev 11:15

But he continued, “You are from below; I am

from above. You are of this world; I

am not of this world. Jn 8:23

The “Kingdom

Of this

World”

“Now is the

time for

judgment on

this world; now

the prince of

this world will

be driven out.” Jn 12:31

I have given them your word and the

world has hated them, for they are not of

the world any more than I am of the

world. My prayer is not that you take them

out of the world but that you protect them

from the evil one. They are not of the

world, even as I am not of it. Sanctify

them by the truth; your word is truth. As

you sent me into the world, I have sent

them into the world.

John 17:14-18

“Do not love the world or anything

in the world…” (I Jn 2:15)

If anyone loves the world,

the love of the Father is not in him. (I Jn 2:15)

For everything in the world -- the cravings of

sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the

boasting of what he has and does --

comes not from the Father but from the

world. (I Jn 2:16)

The world and its

desires pass away….

(I Jn 2:17)

…..but the

man (woman)

who does

the will of God

lives forever.”

( 1 Jn 2:15 )

The Kingdom of

God =

the Love of God

“Did you

receive

the Father’s

love ? ”

“Did you learn to receive My love?”

We love because he first loved us. I Jn :19

When all the people

were being baptized,

Jesus was baptized

too. And as he was

praying, heaven was

opened and the Holy

Spirit descended on

him in bodily form

like a dove. And a

voice came from

heaven: “You are my

Son, whom I love;

with you I am well

pleased.”

Lk 3:21-22

Which

child are

you?

Busy,

busy,

busy!

“Martha, Martha,

you are worried

and upset about

many things,

but only

one thing

is needed.

Mary has chosen

what is better..” (Lk 10:41-42)

"Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your

children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"

Lk 11:11-13

1970 Asbury College, Kentucky, USA

“…the emphasis was on…

repentance… restitution…

repairing relationships…and

bringing lives obedience to the

highest and the best…”

Dr. Kinlaw, President Asbury Seminary

“Mr. Hall, Hinching, Ingham, Whitefield, Huthing, and my brother Charles were present at our love feast in Fetter Lane with about 60 of our brethren. About three in the morning as we were continuing instant in prayer the power of God came mightily upon us, insomuch that many cried out for exulting joy and many fell to the ground. As soon as we were recovered a little from the awe and amazement at the presence of His majesty, we broke out with one voice, ‘We praise Thee O God, we acknowledge Thee to be Lord!’ ”

“The Kingdom of the world has

become the Kingdom of our Lord and

of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever

and ever.” Amen Rev 11:15

"The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a

field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then

in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that

field. …"Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a

merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found

one of great value, he went away and sold

everything he had and bought it.” Mt 13:44-46

“The Kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom
