Maintaining Your Ultrasonic
Itisimportanttokeepyourbathclean.Notonlywillcontaminatedliquidreducetheperformanceofthebath,itmayalsodamageit.Changethecleaningliquidregularly.Yourcleaningprocesswilldeterminehowoftentochangetheliquid–themoresoiledyouritems,themoreoftenyouwillneedtochangetheliquid.
Beforecleaningtheequipmentalwaysswitchoffanddisconnectitfromthepowersupplyandallowittocooldowntolessthan40°C/104°F.Cleanbywipingwithadampsoapyclothandrinse.
Thebaseofthebathgeneratestheultrasonicactivitybyvibratingatveryhighspeeds.Ifanycon-taminantsareincontactwiththebath,theyactasanabrasive,causingwearonthemetalsurface.Inextremecases,thebathwilldevelopholesandstarttoleak.
Perform Periodic “Foil” TestFollow the foil test guidelines in accordance with your local regulations.
Purpose: UsedtoDeterminetheEfficiencyofanUltrasonicCleaner.• Periodictestingoftheultrasoniccleanertoassurethatitisoperatingproperly.• Testingshouldalsobeperformedwheneverdeteriorationinthecleanerperformanceissuspected.• Foiltestarerelativelyeasytoperformandwillprovideapermanentrecordforthefuturecomparative
evaluationoftheultrasoniccleanersperformance.

Replace Lcd display Table Top
step 1: Remove and Replace Lcd display.A) Turn power off, unplug and drain water from tank.B) Remove the tank following the procedures shown in this manual. (see access procedures) C) Remove sensor wires going to the Control PCB by pressing in on tab & pulling on wire. D) Remove ribbon cable by pulling outward on the side tabs and removing connector.E) Remove front cover mounting torx screws(6), remove front cover.F) Remove outer mounting torx screws (4) attaching the Control PCB and LCD Display .G) Disconnect the touch pad ribbon cable connecting the Control PCB to the Touch Pad.H) Remove stand off screws holding the two circuit boards together.I) Separate the boards by pulling them apart at the connection.J) Reassemble unit with new LCD Display by reversing these directions.

step 1: Remove base plate Assembly.A) Turn power off, unplug, and drain water from tank and place the front (display side) of ultrasonic down on a soft cloth to prevent damage to the display.B) Remove the four rubber feet (each corner) and screw(s) (number of screws depends on model) from bottom of the ultrasonic.C) Separate bottom plate from ultrasonic and rotate top of plate down and away from unit. This allows you to place the bottom plate on the table with out disconnecting wires.

step 1: Remove base plate & disconnect Wiring.A) Remove Bottom Plate Assembly. (see base plate removal)B) Disconnect red and black power wires at the Ultrasonic Generator PCB by loosening the screws on the connector and removing the wires. C) Disconnect yellow level sensor wire & red and white thermal sensor wires (going to side of tank) from Control PCB using a small screwdriver to push on the tabs while pulling wires from connector.
step 2: Remove Tank Assembly.A) Remove nyloc nuts, washers & terminal holding the ground wire from the tank studs in the corners.B) Depress and hold the quick fitting elbow retaining ring (shown in red) toward the elbow to release it’s grip on the metal tube coming from the bottom of the tank. C) Slowly remove the tank from the case. The metal tube extending into the elbow will come out of the elbow fitting as the tank is removed.D) Reassemble in reverse order.E) Replace any zip ties that were cut during disassembly.

step 1: Remove ultrasonic From counter Top.A) Unthread and remove remote panel cable plug from socket at bottom of unit. B) Remove power cord from power connection and hose from drain elbow.C) Locate retaining clips in each corner holding onto under side of counter top, unthread screws almost all the way & pull down on bottom of clips.D) Rotate bottom of retaining clips towards the side of the unit allowing the ultrasonic to clear the inside of the hole in the counter top.E) Push/pull ultrasonic up and out of the counter top.

Remove base plate Assembly (Recessed)
step 1: Remove base plate Assembly.A) Place front (plug/power switch) side of unit down and remove the screws from bottom plate (number of screws depends on model). B) Separate bottom plate from ultrasonic and rotate top of plate down and away from unit. This allows you to place the bottom plate on the table without disconnecting wires.

step 1: disconnect Wiring.A) Remove Bottom Plate Assembly (See base plate removal).B) Disconnect red and black power wires at the Ultrasonic Generator PCB by loosening the screws on the connector and removing the wires. step 2: Remove/Replace Tank Assembly.A) Remove nyloc nut and washer from the tank stud in each corner.B) Remove the terminal holding the ground wire to the tank stud located in the same corner as the power switch.C) Depress and hold the quick fitting retaining ring (shown in red) toward the fitting to release it’s grip on the metal tube coming from the bottom of the tank. D) Slowly remove the tank from the case. The metal tube extending into the elbow will come out of the elbow fitting as the tank is removed.E) Reassemble in reverse order.F) Replace any zip ties that were cut during disassembly.
