Market prospective – Buildings within consortium ADU as a public owner of different education buildings and
districts. They own 43 Buildings of different characteristics in Aydin.
GEX being the regional government of the Spanish region of Extremadura owns 944 different buildings
SPB. Being the Liege Province Service of Buildings as a public owner of 370 different education buildings and districts
Further analysis on the market situation will be done on public/private residential buildings with similar characteristics, and commercial buildings such as malls
Further also focus will be set on social housing
