What is a zentangle?
A Zentangle is a form of artistic
meditation that uses repetitive patterns to create images.
A zentangle is usually done in black
and white and the patterns have a rhythm. The ideal is to let yourself be carried away by the creative process and allow the design to grow organically.

Zentangle sampler of
12 squares/
12 different
patterns…1 in each square
Each square should only contain one pattern. Each pattern should be developed enough to be used in a final Zentangle. Start with the largest Sharpie first and then move to the finer tipped pens.
Make sure that you DO NOT combine more than one pattern in each square.
