• You can share anything that can be printed including ppt, doc, xls, and jpeg document types

• Only the presenter can share a document, but anyone can be made a presenter

• Shared content can be annotated by the presenter. Privileges can be granted for all if desired.

• To edit a document, share it with the Application share feature.

• Use Share/Web content to enable your participant to interact independently with the content, including video and sound, in their own viewers.

• Use Share/Web Browser to enable your participant to watch you as you guide them through various web pages. You can grant attendee control of the browser

• Participants select the document they want, and click Download

Send a meeting transcriptSend a meeting transcript

When a meeting is ended the host is prompted to send a meeting transcript. An email is sent with the meeting files attached. The host is prompted to select from the following file types:– Annotated documents– Poll questionnaire– Poll results– Chat messages– Notes
